How does R/A respond to massage?
My massage pathology book says:
" Massage is indicated in the subacute stages of RA only. At that point, it may be used to reestablish mobility and to reduce the stresses that can trigger another flare." A Massage therapist's Guide to Pathology ". Lippincott Williams & Wilkins , Ruth Werner .
My experience is people with RA have all the muscle pain they would have if they did not have RA. This pain can be helped with massage. Also being in pain causes stress. Massage helps relieve stress. Massage can be very beneficial for people with RA.
1 This site is information from Joel Wallach about his supplements. I would start here. This is his cure, not a control pain with food approach. Joel is a genius beyond most people's comprehension. Don't disbelieve him. He eats meat, he eats vegetables and fruit. He treats people for an infection then treats damaged joints with food supplements.
This is another video about using antibiotics to treat RA.
- A revised and updated drug-free RA protocol based on a pioneering rheumatoid arthritis treatment tends to provide a 60-90 percent improvement rate in most RA sufferers see next link.

2 Dr. McDougall has been guiding people to dramatically improve their rheumatoid arthritis (R/A) for decades. This site is from Dr. McDougall's Health and Medical News Letter. This is simply amazing.
McDougall "s site
3 Clint Paddison and Dr McDougal discuss the truth about rheumatoid arthritis (R/A) and food cures or managing their ra with diet. It goes away with potatoes and rice in a WWI pow camp in 100% of pows on a rice and potato diet. These are highly educated and successful people at treating R/A.
4 Clint Paddison speaks on ted talks of how he overcame rheumatoid arthritis (R/A) with food. Since he continues a special diet I would suggest that he is controlling the symptoms with his diet rather than medicine.
4A young lady speaks on her experience controlling rheumatoid arthritis with food.
